Chrysalis CDA is our community initiative that features Mary’s Helping Hands Clothing and Diaper Resource Ministry and I Matter, our mental health component with a vision and mission of serving adults, youth and children. Our mission is to make a difference in our local community that will have a ripple effect that spreads throughout our nation.
Mary’s Helping Hands Clothing and Diaper Resource Ministry is one of CCDA’s important outreach opportunities. In 2023, CCDA distributed over 250,000 diapers to families in need. In addition, they helped over 300 families with clothing for their children. New and gently used clothing helps to prevent bullying as well as aid in conservation by preventing used clothing from going into a landfill.
