Serving God as we serve others is at the heart of all we do. Our pastors have over 50 years of combined leadership in social services.

Chrysalis CDA is our community initiative that features Mary’s Helping Hands Clothing and Diaper Resource Ministry and I Matter, our mental health component with a vision and mission of serving adults, youth and children. Our mission is to make a difference in our local community that will have a ripple effect that spreads throughout our nation.

Mary’s Helping Hands Clothing and Diaper Resource Ministry is one of CCDA’s important outreach opportunities. In 2023, CCDA distributed over 250,000 diapers to families in need. In addition, they helped over 300 families with clothing for their children. New and gently used clothing helps to prevent bullying as well as aid in conservation by preventing used clothing from going into a landfill.

I Matter is the mental health initiative of CCDA which began in 2020 during the height of COVID-19.

Frederick L. McQueen, director, is a certified mental health advocate, Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach, Certified Professional Christian Life Church. He leads the program

For the past 21 years, The Destiny Academy has trained and ministered to thousands of individuals in our prophetic ministry classes, retreats, and conferences. For more information, click here.

Other CCDA Initiatives include our Annual Back-2-School Backpack Giveaway in which we have given out over 700 backpacks; our Thanksgiving Food Basket Giveaway and our Christmas Gift & Food Basket Giveaway to Brookwood School students.
